The Red Rock Wilderness that I’m singing for is an 8 million acre swath of land in Utah that borders several national parks and is part of our nations public lands.
Currently the proposed bill S.1535 is gaining support by both the House and Senate, but our Reps need to hear from people nation wide to give it the full impact it needs to pass. I spent many afternoons with friends, over the last several year, at the Utah State Capitol rallying for Utah’s public lands to be managed properly. Here we were protesting the shrinking of Bears Ears National Monument and Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument.
